Question about Sony KV-27FS13 27" TV
My Sony KV-27fs13 is stuck on Video 3. The power button is the only button that works. The other buttons on the top of the TV don't respond when pressed. I suspect that one of the buttons is stuck in the on position. I have already attempted to reset the TV by unplugging it and waiting a few minutes to plug it back in. This had no effect.
Keypad switch assembly is most likely defective. This type of defect is common from cleaning the set with liquid cleaners and some leaks through. There may also be some damage to the some other components because of the mismatched load of the keypad circuits.
The set will have to be properly serviced to fix this fault. The cost will not be inexpensive to fix this.

Try to press them a bit harder, sometimes they become oxidize due to non use. If there was one that is stuck, you will not get any of them to work even the power button.
Try using the remote control.
