Many washers have a sipping rod or bar that needs to be inserted into the unit from the rear or the bottom; this keeps the drum and balance mechanism stable while being moved. Either, the bar/rod is still in the unit and causing the noise, or it was never inserted for the move and the drum balance is off kilter and need to be physically repositioned so the drum sits well centered. Motor bearing has gone and heating up so that the position/speed sensor has moved/melted causing the machine to jump about. needs new motor bearings/ new motor.
