Question about HP LaserJet 3055 All-In-One Printer

Scanning documents I can't seem to reload my software for the printer - although it will print - so that it will scan.

U can uninstall n reinstall with the help of driver cd which came with ur printer,be sure to reboot ur system after uinstallation n before installing,

Try updating the drivers. Take this link to Hp and either enter model number and then operating system or let Hp detect your hardware and select drivers.

Hp 1400 does not print from print command by computer

sir reinstall your printer software and drivers or follow my commands go in your start>printers and faxes>and right click on your printer>properties>ports and select your port and apply

Unable to Scan documents

If the software is installed correctly it should scan from the scanner, otherwise i would suggest using the scan button on the software screen. Make sure all your drivers are up to date!

1- Is software loaded? try reloading it.
2-check to make sure it is selected as the printer to print to.
File - print - click on epson then print
3- Try going to My computer - printers and faxes see if it's there then double click on it go to scan picture

sometimes it will not recognize the scan button on the printer, probably because there is a problem with the driver, but it will recognize it through the pc.

Scanning problems

reload your driver that came with the printer,be sure to go to properties and select shared.Although the print and scan functions use the same network cable they have diferent IP addresses and the driver software assighs the IP for scan funtion.

Scanning Problem

first of all uninstall the software completely,reboot the system,install thesoftware n connect the the printer only when asked by the software
