You can reset Thomson TG585 by pressing the reset button located at the back of the modem for few seconds while the modem is power on. The LEDs at the front would blink and the modem will restart with factory defaults setting.

once agian reset it then put in proper place you get it or do one thing press reset button after removing the power twice time then put on the power then re-cofigure it sir/madam

Download the latest firmware. Install it. Like the rest of the people. It seems like we all dropped it. And updating the firmware seems to help a bit.
Meaning you can now use tha Camera and take pictures, but when you turn it on, you will get the same error message for like a second. Then the Camera is back to normal.
If its under warranty take it back. And dont tell them it was dropped.
