before replacing main board, try replacing individual hardwares like ram, processor and if still not working, try resetting the bios by alternating the jumper on the labelled CLR CMOS
after 5 minute image go out n power indicator steady light orange n status indicator red light blikns in a series of 6 blinks. in the manual book said lamp error.. what mind "lamp error". please help me.
NEVER increase or replace the fuse without repairing the unit. Further damage is likely if you do so.
Put a light bulb, say 150 watts in series with the power to the unit to act as a fuse that won't damage things while troubleshooting. The light will light and limit the current.
There are three 47mfd/63V electrolytics on the output module. I suspect one of those is shorted. Observe the correct polarity when replacing. C2 and C3 are most likely. Use my above suggestion with the light bulb and check the voltage across each of these. It should likely be in the 35 to 45 volt range though schematic doesn't show the value..
this could be solved by taking the bulb out of its holder and cleaning the contact of the bulb and holder.
turn the ignition on after this with the bulbs in the holder and plugged in but not in the headlight kitself.Turn the lights on and see if the work if still the same try moving the bulb while on in its older and see if its just loose. if so holding it one way it will work. wedge something something to hold it in place or buy a used bulb holder.
Check the fuses at the same time and the wire plug that powers the bulb. check and clean the contacts of these also
Let me know how it goes and ill help again if it persists. [email protected]

If the unit will not power up it sounds like you may have tripped the lamp timer. You will need the remote plug the unit in and hold down the menu button on the remote for 10 seconds. The red light should go off and the unit should fire up. Thanks Projector Guy
firdt off, did you reset the lamp counter? did you clean the dust out of the projector? it may be overheating as well. if the lamp looks ok, you may have just blown the ballast. try projector doctor online.
I had one 3300MP and removed/replaced the bulb to dust off as it was overheating. There is a small metal like switch that resets the bulb replacement (physical switch - take a good look) -- This helped to reset the first time I did this, but doesn't reset the hours on the chip.
However, since this bulb was problematic for me, I have done this a couple of times and since has stopped powering the bulb now. So, thinking it was the bulb, I replaced the bulb, -- No good... So, thinking it was the projector, I bought a new/refurbished one on ebay -- tested the NEW bulb - NO GOOD. now I have TWO PROJECTORS, THREE BULBS and NOTHING THAT WORKS...
