Open the bottom front panel ( 3 screws on bottom front lip)
then open the large filter in the center and clean it out
be ready for a bit of water to dump on you.

disconnect the AC so you live to tell.

Hi Jay , seems like there is something stuck in the drain pump . Clear the pump ( use a wet vac and open pump cap slowly to catch all that water ) . If that does work make sure you getting power from the wall. that should free those poor hostages !

GOOD LUCK

Washing machine stopped working and light is flashing f21

Remove bottom panel, open the drain pump. You probably have something stucked inside the drain pump. Be carefull as there will be water flowing out if pump. If clearing objects doesnt solve the problem, then you might be dealing with a faulty pump

Machine wont open code SE

SE means drain error, Sounds like your drain is blocked. You may have access to it through the front at the bottom but If you cant access it from the front You will have to tilt the machine back as far as safely possible to access the bottom of the machine. Locate the drain pump which will be at the bottom font or back corner and remove the hose that connects the pump to the tub, you will need to have a basin ready to catch any water. You most likely have a sock or something stuck. Hope this helps

My front load washer started making a very loud noise, as if rocks were being tumbled in the agitator. I did open the washer and found a small stone (probably from one of the children's pockets). However,...

HI- It is possible that one of the stones got stuck between the stainless basket and the tub. This is not a good scenario as the whole from panel and tub boot have to be removed and whatever is stuck has to be fished out. I would look as well for a nail or something long that is stuck down though one of the holes in the stainless basket and is rubbing on the tub. If you only notice during the drain or spin then likely there is something in the drain pump. You can check this by opening the pump cover at the bottom of the machine and removing the pump filter. Your Owners Manual should have an explanation of this procedure. It's pretty easy, just be ready to catch the water that will come out of the pump. Hope this helps, good luck.

My bosch classixx 1400 express washing machine has become very noisy when draining water, it never used to be. Any ideas?

If it is only noisy when draining the water, then could be something stuck in pump.
There should be a filter located at the bottom front right of washer behind a cover.
Unscrew anti-clockwise to remove and clean, and look inside the pump opening as well to see if anything is stuck there.

Water wont drain /wont spin out

  • assuming it is a top loader
  • it sounds like something is stuck in the water pump.
  •  if the water does not drain then it will never spin.
  •  take off the front panel (with a butter knife, push in the two metal clips in the front seam between the top panel and the front panel. this will release the front panel from the machine.
  • the water pump is located on the right side in the front.
  • before removing the hoses attached to the water pump get as much water out of the machine as possible so it does not spill on the floor.
  •  then take off the hoses and check inside the pump thoroughly; even a string might cause the pump to get stuck.
  • let me know if you need more help
