Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3i Cellular Phone

Viewing pictures screen sticks and can not remove until i turn off phone !

Started when i was viewing pics screen just froze had to turn off phone. checked battery and sim they seem ok. also keeps turning itself on and off can not get main screen back !

The flex is the problem, have it changed by a cellphone technician..

You should have the option to download the pic or save it when its received. After you do that you can open it, and view it full screen.

The phone froze so i put it off and when i tried restarting it it did not come on...ive tried removing the battery and putting it back in butit still will not start.i do not have a memory card...

to solve this

you need to format yor phone

Turn phone off, press and hold the green (talk) key on the left + number 3 on the keypad + the * key and then turn the phone back on. Keep pressed until phone boots up

I got a text with a pic attached to it on my motorola cliq. how do i save the pic?

In the conversation, where you would touch to see the picture, touch and hold. You'll get a screen pop up with some options. touch "Save Slideshow". You can now view the picture in picture gallery.

sounds like the software prob.most of these big multimedia phones crash and need to be updated by a repair shop.these have to be offical nokia updates.....but before that lift out your sim card and sd card and clean them,stick them back in and start it upagain.sometimes these get dirty

I took the scan disk out of the voyager to copy to my pc

To be able to do this you have to plug it back in then go to My computer. It should come up under removable storage. After that copy the files and paste them on your computer. Once you double click the picture you can see them.

Something like this happened to me except my phone would not stop ringing an screen went all balack both sides... Try leaving your phone until the battery dies then charge it fully before turning it on it has helped me numerous times before.... reset button still works on mine it is like a miracle spot actually

I have that problem. What I do to view the pics is to save it to the phone and then view the pictures from My Stuff/Graphics.
