Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
When i try to turn it on nothing happens, and when i try charging it it doesn't connect , pleaseee help !
I had the same problem. Place the device into hold and press the menu and mic buttons at the same time. The first time I tried it, I had no response and then I pressed the same buttons again and my e260 came back to life.
After getting my e260 to come on, I updated the firmware and everything has been working.
