Question about Zenith Z25X22S 25" TV

Zenith Z25X22S 25" TV can't read scores at top or bottom

Hi, I have a 1997 Zenith Z25X22S 25" TV. When watching sports or anything with the tocker at the top or bottom and sometimes a DVD. I can't see all of the scores and sometimes subtitles. I need to adjust the vertical on the TV like you would on a computer screen. But don't know how. There is no knobs on the outside. I have some electronics knowledge and I'm aware of some parts store a charge.
I'm mechanically inclined and would like to get some info instead of just diving in.
Thank You for your time,
John

On the inside of the TV, there will be a knob with a RED cap on it, labeled vertial position. (it actually looks like a variable inductor)

With an allen wrench (possible 1/4) give it a half turn in either direction and see what happens. On the Z25x22S model, the vertical and horizontal position adjustments should be right next to eachother, but on the model i worked on, there was no variable pot for the horizontal position.

Hope this helps!
