Question about Car Audio & Video
Was the unit new or was it a demo? if it was new in a box I would take it back to where you purchased it from and exchange it. some decks the code can be reset such as the case you bought a used car ect., and others you need to replace the code IC in either case you will need to contact jensen custmer service or get the technical schmatic.
