How do I take apart to clean fan part real black

Hi Sherin,
You have to remove the screw or undo the clip which locks the front half of the fan cage to the back half. Then you can split the cage open, exposing the fan. You should be able to remove the fan impellor itself either by just pulling it off or by undoing a screw. Once cleaned, reverse the order to reassemble.

How do I find light kit to work with my Concord ceiling fan? Concord Series 5200-4/3 Serial # HC1131

Have you searched the Internet? You can find just about anything concerning just about anything on it. If not, try one of the home improvement stores or maybe you have a store near where you live that carries Concord fans.
If none of this results in success, you may be able to find a "universal kit" to install on your fan.

Need code for Concord ceiling fans

You have this backwards. The code is stored in the remote. The receiver is located inside the fan housing. You can try removing batteries from the remote, pressing all buttons to eliminate the possibility of a stuck one, reinstalling batteries (or installing new ones) and testing operation. If no results, disconnect power at the ceiling fan source, not the fan itself. Pause briefly, reconnect power and test operation.

I have a Concord ceiling fan, and cannot access the light bulbs to change them? Please help?

Try spraying some WD-40 around the ring of the glass & push up & back & forth until the glass loosens up (hopefully).

I have a Concord fan, and the light bulbs seem impossible to change out. Please help?

I can't find any of those models that come with a light . Try using some WD-40 around the edge of the glass & push up on the glass (gently) then twist counter clockwise. Can you send a pic of fan?

I have a concord fan model 820AL-G I only get a signal from the fan when the wall controller is activated the fan will not function has anyone experienced this problem

Thinking the fan has to be on to use the wired wall control. If you pull the chain switch it is just turning the fan off and then neither will work. Just use the wall control or get fan with wireless remote maybe.

The fan blades are hitting the back of the cage

Just a suggestion. Make sure the back part of the cage is securely fastened to the motor housing. Good Luck,
