Hi,

Every time i click preview or scan now an error message pops up and says AIO exe has encountered a proble and needs to close.

Any suggestions on why this happens and how do i reslove this problem?
I have the same problem.
This Problem has been added to the Share Your Expertise Page under "My Work Queue".

Hi,I cant connect my scaner,all the time I do receive a message..inform internet of your problem...I tried atleast 20 times and all the time the same response..Thank you,Best Regards.
