Do not know how to progam need help

The BC350C is a pre-programmed scanner, and you cannot program it in the conventional manner (entering a frequency via the keyboard). You can, however, transfer a displayed frequency from SCAN or SEARCH mode into the "Private Bank." Detailed instructions for doing this are in the factory manual that you can download and print, at no cost, here:
http://www.uniden.com/pdf/BC350Com.pdf

How do you manually program known frequencies in a Uniden BC350C scanner? There are no numerals to key in.

Sorry, but your BC350C is an oddball that does not allow manual programming. You have to lock on to a freq in the SCAN or SEARCH mode, and then move it to the PRIVATE bank. Details are in the operating manual which you can download and print, at no cost, here:

I cant get it to pick up the police what do i

First you need to know what type systems and what frequencies are in use in your area. If your local law enforcement agencies have switched to trunking systems, as many communities have, your scanner will not be able to receive/follow them. You should, however, still be able to pick up fire, EMS, etc. For system descriptions and active frequencies, visit RadioReference.com and/or CityFreq.com.

Hi, About a month or so ago, our local Police can't be heard on our scanner anymore. Did they change the frequency? Do they have a new one?

I don't know your location, but it's possible that your local police have upgraded to a trunked radio system. If that's the case you will not be able to monitor them on the BC350C. You can visit www.uniden.com for information on their complete line of trunking scanners.
