Hello. First you have to go to www.motox.info , regester on thier site, goto the downloads section and download the motorola drivers. They should be right at the top. Once you have them installed, go to connections in your phone, then go to usb settings, and choose the "use as mass storage" option instead of usb sync. Then you should be able to access your files on your phone as if they were a drive on your computer. I hope this helped. If you need further assistance, just reply here.
