Downloading I want to know how to download a song in a portable zune mp4 player coz everytime I plug it into the PC it automatically charges the battery,there is no drive/device recognized in My Computer...

It can do wireless sync, if your zune supports it but if it does not, you would have to unplug the dock cable from the AC adapter, and plug it into your computer. The zune remains on the dock the entire time. I have this dock, and it works great.

Most media players are USB connected. You should be able just to plug it in and drag and drop your songs on to the player

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

just google "Zune video converter" to get ahold of a converter... the first link is usually fine...

After you get the conversion you just toss the converted file into a folder monitored by the Zune software and it will pick it up automatically. From there you right click the name of the file in the Zune software and click "transfer to zune"

There you go...

plug your zune in and on the left bottom you will see the name of your zune go to either songs or video and right click and delete from device
