My mother got an LG Neon GoPhone. She's been using her SIM card on it and it's been working just fine, but when she activated the SIM that came with the phone and tried to put it in the phone, it says invalid SIM. We've tried to take it out and put it back in and nothing works. Help please!

First you need to unlock your phone before you put tracfone sim card on that phone. Make sure you have appropriate LG neon GT365 unlock code example : if your old sim card using t-mobile you must use t-mobile unlock code for your phone not tracfone. Straight Talk sim cards are much like net10 or tracfone sim cards as in they are "phone specific" sim cards. Meaning those cards are coded to work only on the phone they come with. If you wanna go the pre-paid route I suggest you get an at&t gophone sim or tmobile prepaid sim. Both are available at their respective stores. *quick tip* If there isn't an at&t store close to you, you can pick up a cheap $10-$20 gophone at wal-mart or such store and swap sims after activating the "real" at&t phone.

sir please call to the related simcard customercare and say the last 6-digit number which is present before the simcard. then they will give the pukcode number to unlock the cellphone...........

Your sim card is inactive. You just need to put your active sim card in the phone or have it replaced at an ATT store.

Find your sim card package to get puk code to unlock lg neon password before your sim get blocked. If you can't find your sim card package you still can unlock lg phone with puk code from your network provider, call them and make request about puk code for your sim card number.
