If you are using an antenna to recieve digital channels, if the signal strength is low on certain channels the sound will not be tuned in. Try adjusting the antenna. If it is cable there may be a problem with the cable run.

Is there a way to set the volume so i dont have to keep changing them all the time

hello, are you referring to the volume of the TV set when you change channels? to reiterate every time you change channels the volume also changes? in this case I do not want to speak too much but I'm almost certain that television providers are required to adhere to a volume leveling standard which would require television broadcast stations to broadcast at a certain volume level for unity. Are you watching cable television? I happen to know that not all cable television providers level they're broadcasting some do.I notice that you are using a CRT unit are you attempting to use a converter box with the unit? If you are using a converter box there may be a chance that volume level is one of the options in the menu, I can not say there is much at all you can do about this.
As an alternative your television set maybe damage and the volume maybe adjusting randomly or in a way other than intended.

Good luck and thanks

Make a hard reset to this set. Just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 3 minutes or so. This must rectify your TVs problem.

I have just hooked up my Nintendo Wii Console. I cannot figure out how to get it on a certain channel or onto the IMPUT channel so that I can access my Wii. Since I cannot currently find my remote, is...

If there is a menu button on the TV, you can usually go into the menu, use the channel and volume buttons to scroll and look for an input selection prompt. If there is no option in the menu, you will have to find the remote, buy a universal remote, or check to see if your phone is compatible with a remote app.

I have no volume on certain channels

The most common problem with no volume only on certain channels is the TV is programmed for 2nd Audio, also referred to as SAP which is a feature activated to transmit a second language such as Spanish. If you push your menu button on your remote control you can toggle over to Audio Menu. Then find the feature that allows you to adjust the sound for Mono, Stereo or 2nd Audio (SAP). Adjust the menu to highlight Stereo and that should cure your problem.
Hope this helps with your particular problem.

Channel memory reset

Bryan,

Usually the menu can be accessed from the buttons on the console, sometimes by pressing a "menu" button but other times by pressing both Volume or Channel (+ AND -, UP AND DOWN) buttons simultaneously. Menu levels are usually selected with one or the other of Volume or Channel, and toggles/selections with whichever doesn't do the levels.
