Generic problem for all TV Combos

Hello can you help me with a problem, when using the DCT1481 either watching tv or dvd after 20 min or so the tv starts to pulse like it is switching on and off, if you turn it off for a time it will come on again ok then will start pulsing again once it has warmed up. I have looked at the main PCB for dry joints and anything obvious but cannot get the tv to create the fault. not sure how you would contact me with any suggestions my e mail is andybibb@yahoo.co.uk many thanks

TV won't switch on at all ( irrespective of using the remote or manually pressing the on/off button - the red standby light just flashes intermittently.
