hi,
i downloaded Photoshop cs6 trial and when i click the Photoshop icon to open the software i get a window:
Photoshop.exe - Entry Point Not found
The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERENEL.32.dll.
What can I do???
I have allready tried to reinstall....
still the same.....

PCMService.exe is part of Dell's Cyberlink Power Cinema software, if you don't use it, remove it using programs and features in control panel.

tvagente.exe is used to use computer as a TV. If you do not use it, you may want disable it. It uses excessive system and memory resources If you are not using the TV application, you should remove it to improve your overall system's performance. anyway try in run-msconfig-startup the entry for tvagent.exe and disable

I have the same problem as you and im in the process of fixing it
I researched it and found this...

Use the instructions on how to clean boot your Windows and it should work...

At the start button, choose run. Type MSCONFIG in the text box and hit enter. Choose selectice startup and go to the startup tab. On the startup program list, scroll down until you find an entry for TVagent, uncheck the program so it will not load immediately until it is needed. Click apply and ok to restart the system. You can also disable auto start for other programs as well.

Try re-installing window again.

BRING IT INTO BEST BUY SO THEY CAN RUN A DIAG ON IT, YOU MIGHT HAVE BAD HARDWARE, OR THE DISK YOU MADE WAS BAD.
