My speakers wouldn't work even though they are on. All the cables are where they meant to be. i used to use them to hear from and also speak with them, without even using mic. Can anyone help, so they start functioning again.

I can't hear people but people can hear me

It could be a speaker issue. Try using you phone on speaker phone, or ear buds with with built in MIC or blue tooth headset. If it works with these options then its an issue with the speaker. If it doesnt work even with other options then its a more serious issue

My 6233 was working fine , but last week its speaker started to play up.

Its seems that the phone is stack on headset status profile. Enter into the profiles setup. and set you phone to be in general profile. It should fix the problem.

I can't hear voice of others while receiving calls normally, though the speaker and handsfree works fine.

The problem is with your software through which the mobile is working..

Try using it in an hands free mode or speaker mode, if it works then it is software problem.

This was the problem in my nokia and after a software reset by flashing the mobile. After that i was all set to use my mobile hassle free.

Is on mute setting can only get calls on loudspeaker even though mute is off I cannot hear people speaking however they can hear me

Try using a bluetooth device, if it works, you have a hardware problem, meaning that you need to technician so they can take it apart and replace the speaker.

They can't hear me.

hi there

is there by any chance the mouthpiece speaker may need replacement? if you use bluetooth headset, it would be fine. but without bluetooth, they cant hear you.

i suggest you look for a replacement mouthpiece speaker for that to work.
hope this helps.

the problem of your phone is the flex cable, just go to your nearest repair phone shop if they have a spare of flex cable for your phone.
