take it to a phone technician or u go to the Nokia care center closest to u d phone need to be flashed,its got software problem, dis is for contact service problem.For d phone with no display u all u got to do is change the LCD (screen of the phone),take it to d Nokia care center also or find a trustworthy phone technician
