Hello, my Binoculars no longer light up when powered on. I thought that it may be the batteries so I swapped for a new set and I still have no power. Can you tell me whats up?

Masterone tube has gone faulty and acts like short on high voltage power supply causeing both sides not to work tubes have to be removed and tested one at a time and faulty tube replaced
