Re: How to connect it to a pc running Win XP

Simply download the active sync from

And use the USB cradle to connect to computer (You can also use Infrared and Bluetooth). As long as active sync is on the computer system will recognize pocket PC automatically

Good Luck

Since i changed from windows XP to Windows7 i can't connect my qtek to my pc. can anyone help me? thank you!

It is simply Win 7, it will NOT play well with what it considers "OLD" stuff. You could try Compatability Mode for XP SP2, and running the installer and the program as administrator. Right click on installer & after, the programs .exe and set compatability as related, then run as administrator thats the only shot you got sorry. Unless of course the manufacturer has a driver for Win 7?

Xda mini

it depends on your OS. if your OS is win XP, then use Activesync ( download it from, and I think latest version is 4.5). if your OS if Vista, then use Mibile Center that comes with Vista... you don't need actually your CD that comes with your phone ...

Ipaq H4150

Have you used a Vista PC as the host machine? ROM updates can only be done from a Win XP or 2000.

Hook the iPaq to an Win XP or 2k PC, install active sync first, and then get the ROM update again. Run the Rom Update Utility and it will recognise the iPaq and will update it correctly. :)
