To recover your data try to start the computer in safe mode.
If this doesn't work try to mount your hard disk on another computer.
Restart the computer and after Bios loads up and press F8.
Then select Safe Mode and press Enter.
Run a virus scan, assuming that you have an Antivirus program installed.
You must have a good antivirus program .
Have you recently installed a new program and/or device?
You should uninstall it from Safe mode if so.
Have you used the System Restore option?
then try it.It may solve your problem.
or else try this Take everything out- RAM, video card, controller card, and all the other adapters. Disconnect the cables from the drives. Turn on the system. A series of beeps from the board should be the result. If there are no beeps: Make sure that the speaker is connected.
