Maytag fridge not cooling

I noticed that the temp. control was bumped down to med. on both the fridge and freezer. Now I have set the freezer to 9 and the fridge to 7 and neither is getting colder. Any ideas as to what may have happened to keep my fridge and freezer from working again?

Fist i would try and clean the condenser( coil behind, or under the frig) Make sure the evaporator fan(fan inside the freezer) is running. If that don't work it could be low on refrigerant. You need refrigeration tools in order to add refrigerant.
