Question about Panasonic CT-32SL14 32" TV
Just noticed that my television is not responding to the universal remote although the remote has a set of fresh batteries. This remote worked well with the tv before. I tried the original remote for the tv which is new and no response is received. Kindly advise. I've an older Panasonic television and a small GE universal remote that has been working...it stopped, though; so, I replaced the batteries and it still doesn't work. I cannot find the manual...can you help me? Thanks
Remote problem could arise from either tv or remote. First check your universal remote on some other tv and if it is okay your tv's infrared sensor has stopped working. You can get it from the local component shops, take the existing sensor with you. This problem could be from the micro processor in rare cases. Best of luck.
