Aftron Washing Machine draining power

I just wanna ask why my Aftron washing machine can't drain the water, after the washing period. I already lowered the hose, and tried plugging it to different power outlets. I bought it in Dubai but when I shipped it in the Philippines, the washing is fine, but the draining failed.
The model is SW5L4/M
230-240V, 50Hz, 0,05-1 MPa
5kg, 13A, 2200W
Made in EU

Check and see that the entire drain line is free from any obstructions, if you have lowered the hose and still not draining entirely, its a sure sign of obstruction somewhere in the drain line or even the drain pump.

Water not draining from washing machine

It is a common fault that the drain fails to work in most machines in a period of time and is the most problematic fault in a washing machine. In all occasions it is important that your observation is most important and so is vital to the identification /rectification and solution. If you have noticed that water has leaked then as the drain hose pump/valve and fittings are located on the underside of the machine it is important that you look for possible leaks here. In some cases the drain hose would be clogged at the drain end to outlet of the house and so there will be back flushing resulting in overflow to the outside. Also the drain pump/valve can be clogged. Now remove the drain hose clamps and remove the drain pump/valve, clean the drain pump/valve, use back flushing to clear off all dirt. Now test using power to see if this works and can be simulated. When refitting, the hose must be tightened properly. If the pump/valve does not work even with power then it must be replaced. If there is intermittent power to the drain valve/pump then the program controller unit is a suspect.

Finally the washer must be placed with a tilt- use a spirit level- so that all water will drain to the outlet port and thereby there is no residual water remaining.

Odor coming from washing machine - smells like sewer gas

The odor coming from your washing could indicate a problem with your
hot water heater or possibly your city's cold water supply line.
In some cases the odor might be originating from the drain located adjacent to
the washing machine. During long periods of inactivity, if no water is flushed
down the drain, a sewer smell will be emitted from the drain. To alleviate
this condition, just flush water down the drain.
I hope this helps you solve your problem.

Washing still wet after washing machine cycle. After full cycle the wahing in the machine was still soaking wet

Either the pump is not emptying the machine quickly enough, or the drum is not spinning. This could also be because there is too much water left in the machine. Check that the drain hose is not blocked and that water is draining/pumping out of the machine. A partial blockage will extend the drain period and the machine may not have time to empty the drum...Good luck......Nomess
