Blinking Stand-by and Operate

I have a JVC DLA-DS1U projector. I plug it in with no other video or cables hooked up, just power. The stand-by and operate leds are blinking simultaneously. what does that mean? I cant find the manual for this projector. Also, what is the lamp reset keystrokes for this projector?
