Your iPhone cannot be "un-locked," if what you're wanting to do is to 'hack' the software. Doing so could make it appear on Apple's blacklist of iPhones, and cause AT&T to reject all future requests for service from that phone. If it is locked, as in the password has been forgotten, you can re-format the phone by clicking the 'Restore' button on the 'Summary' tab of the phone page that pops up on a PC in iTunes. If you don't have access to a PC with iTunes, you'll have to have it done at an Apple store.
