This issue normally happens when the Java applet or the the flash players file could not be loaded sucessfully.

To troubleshoot more, Please provide the version of the browser that you have like, Internet Explorer 6 or 7, like mozilla firefox 3 etc and also if you have windows or a mac machine with the version of the OS like windows XP etc

In the meantime update the flash player

and Java also
http://www.java.com/en/

When i click on anything to do with the media player it shows a box that says "internal error"
WMP is corrupted. Either reinstall it or use another program as your default media player. I'm using VLC because it can play everything without the need for any additional codecs.

Audio slider problem
Hi at the top and bottom of the orange bar showing sound level are two little boxes if you press top box sound increases press lower box sound goes down, it might help if you use the stylus.
