Question about Logitech MX 1000 Laser Cordless Rechargeable USB Mouse 9311750215NR

1 Answer

Trouble single clicking

The left mouse button on this mouse tends to double click sometimes instead of single click when I hve only pressed it once. It happens enough to be very detrimental to gaming and other apps.

I would like to take the mouse apart to clean it thoroughly and see if that fixes it, but I do not see an obvious screw or other method of taking it apart. Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction?

I am having trouble with my computer mouse. It is not clicking properly to highlight or will double click when I've only single clicked. Any solutions?

Check mouse settings in control panel. There is some options for double click speed and many other options check once . If double click speed is high then system behaves like this. try to change

When ever i click the left button it double clicks

You can alter the double click setting by going to Control Panel - Mouse and move the slider for the Double click setting to the left to slow down the click response.

Mouse sometimes double clicks so that it opens 2 things at a time, what is causing that. It also seems to be sticking I have to press it a couple of times to get it to click

You need to go into the control panel and choose the mouse icon.
From there you can set the double-click speed. They give you a little box to click to calibrate the click speed.

Deathadder left click problem

I've had DeathAdder for about 1 year and it started to do EXACTLY what previous people described, double-click instead of single, stops firing when I hold it in QuakeLive/Counter Strike (have to press it again, etc. etc.) windows cannot be dragged because it needs to be holding left drag, never had this before. same happens on MULTIPLE machines with this mouse, tried 2 diff laptops and desktop and even mac it's must be something with the mouse not OS/Computer

Double click error

HEY EVERYONE I FIXED THE DOUBLECLICK PROBLEM, can't belive i can use this mouse again, i peel off the bottom sticker foot. removed the QC sticker from the screw and removed screw, got top off, under the left click button there is a little black box with a thin white button, i carefully with a small flat head screwdriver lifted the black box slighty off its connection then pushed it back down again. i did this with the mouse plugged in blue lights on and everything. it instanly worked fine. hope this works for anyone else
