Pure DAB radio not coming on when turned on. Just showing setting clock on display?

On all PURE products you have the option of being able to return the product to its original factory settings. As well as being useful for fully re-tuning the radio, a reset effectively 're-boots' the product's operating system which removes any user settings such as presets and timer/alarm settings. A reset can often resolve any anomalies found.
tip.gif Note: You will need to re-enter your network security information after performing a factory reset. Make sure you have your network security key to hand before performing a reset or you will not be able to re-connect your radio to the internet.
Instructions for EVOKE Flow/AVANTI Flow/ Oasis Flow/ ONE Flow: Make sure your radio is switched on. Press and hold the 'Options' button down for two or three seconds and confirm the reset when prompted.
Instructions for Sensia: Make sure your radio is switched on. Tap 'Settings', tap 'Update' and tap 'Factory Reset'. Confirm the reset when prompted.
Instructions for Siesta Flow: Make sure your radio is switched on. Press and hold the 'Options' button down for three or four seconds and confirm by pressing the 'YES' button when prompted.
