Question about Tomtom GO 910
Hi, I have a 510 and am sure that this is the same problem I had. You need to reset the Tom Tom. You can do this by looking into the base of the unit where you would mount it for the window attachment and recharger. Just inside the edge to the left where it connects you will see a small black hole. You will need a paper clip or something like that and push it into the hole. You will feel a slight 'click' when you have got it right. This will reset the Tom Tom. This will not remove any settings/saved destinations you may have had. I have had to do this on a a few occasions and have had no problems with continued use. Hope you have success.
