Question about Sony MDR-V500 Professional Headphones
I bought this MDR-V500 in 2003 and use it for monitoring and rehearsal with my Yamaha keyboard. A few days ago I had them on my head and just flipped the right earpad and then.... no more sound from that side. But sound comes from the left side O.K.
I want to fix these headphones, but i don't even know how to open it or remove the pads to see if a cable is detached or something. Please tell me of any ideas on how to troubleshoot/fix. Thanks a lot.
It's actually quite easy to open up ... the pad just slips off, and its really easy to get back on and there is a set of three small t screws underneath that just need unscrewing and then you're inside
