STOP RIGHT NOW!

If you're with Net10, you should know that Net10 have disabled USB storage mode for the W375. So the only use for the USB connection is USB charging (for which you need the driver from the Motorola website).

PLEASE READ THE THREAD BEFORE POSTING!

If you are with Net10, you can't transfer pictures via USB because Net10 have deactivated the facility. You can only send pics by email or MMS.

If you are not with Net10, the procedure has been explained in detail here. If it doesn't work, speak to the supplier of your w375.

When you connect your phone to your PC, make sure the 'lid' is up so you can turn your phone to an additional storage devise. when it asks you this, click yes.

Be aware that there is very limited memory on this phone so you will have to resize your pictures to make them as small as possible and you will also probably have to lower the picture quality. I guess this will also limit the number of pictures you will be able to store. I only wanted to use one as a wallpaper and it took me an age to get it in the right configuration so the memory wouldn't reject it as being too big!

OPEN your phone first. then connect the cable to the usb port and plug the phone in.
your computer should come up with a thing that says MS_Device and open that folder, there should be a pictures folder and a sounds folder. and then drag the images or sounds you want into one of those folders.

hope this helps!

Connet the phone via data cable and when asked if you want to connect it as a USB mass storage device clcik YES. Then your PC should detect a USB mass storage device (for eg. MS_Device) and a directory will open on My Computer. Simpley drag and drop the files you want then. From phone to PC or PC to phone :)

I have a planet3 motorola phone but not it's manual,help,please

Hi,
The representative picture for your phone is calling it a W375. Is this the same as what you are referring to "planet3"? If so, here is a link to the manual. If not, sorry for the confusion. Maybe though, the website link will lead you to a correct manual. Hope this helps...

Easiest possible way is with a microsd card. Save all of the things u want onto ur sd card and then put it into ur new phone. Its quite simple, but if you have any further problems, aaronandjennulrich@yahoo.com is my e-mail address and I will be more than happy to help you.

Hello there. the motorola w375 has a protective code that keeps users from deleting pre-loaded items. so in general what i am trying to say is that what you are trying to do is impossible. now this is one of the downfalls about this phone. insufficient space. unfortunately the space provided is the only one you will get. hope ive helped bye!

Motorola 375

I have no solution to this problem as I am having the same problem with my Motorola W375. I do have a question for you people though. What manual are you reading from that says the W375 can connect to your computer for downloading anything? Every W375 manual I have seen says nothing anywhere about this mystical ability you believe exists. Please enlighten me.
I would still like to know if anyone finds a solution to the 'Unable to Charge' message, but please also let me know about this brochure that says you can connect to your PC with no driver. Very interesting.
