My coby mp3 player wont let put music on it!

Go to the coby site and download the coby media manager the one on the player is corrupt ( Once you get that installed on you PC go to Device and expand the device (should have a drive letter with a plus sign click on the plus sign) and you will see that your music is actually in a folder titled "music". Move it all to the folder titled "audio", don't ask I don't get it. You should now be able to use the touch screen and click on the music icon and see all your music.

Cant find files

you need to know if you are planning to download some music you should check the format of the music, if it says that it is in the wav format it will really not play in your mp3, you should find a music that is mp3 formated, or you can convert it into mp3 format, look for a program that can convert wav into mp3.

My coby mp3 player doesnt let me put songs in it

go to and download the old bearshare downloading music program and get files that way. For some reason the newer versions of file sharing programs only let you download copyrighted music.

Downloading music.

hi there gurdy!
Sony mp3 players are great mp3 players, except with one problem. You need to get Sonicstage, the mother program for their mp3 player, to put music in their. So, one way is to go here first:
download the Sonicstage program, and install it into your computer. (WARNING! First install the Sonicstage, then connect the mp3 player to the computer, otherwise it might not work.)
When you are done installing it, and you plugged the mp3 player, open up Sonicstage. It should open up with a screen saying many things such as My Library, Transfer, Music...
From there, go to add music (top left corner button next to My Library, next to it) and three choices should come out, saying add files, add folder, or import CD. From there just add files from your computer.

Then, click the Transfer button. There you should have a split screen, half My library half Transfer aka mp3 player space. Choose the songs you want to import and click the arrow pointing right (in the middle).
Give it a few minutes to download into the mp3 player.
After it is all done, either exit the program or just pull out the mp3 player and wha la music to your ears!

It's a nice mp3 player.

Hopefully this solution helped out.
Please contact or reply if you have anymore problems.
this is where you can read the manual and all the information about it.

Cant transfer limewire music from my computer to my mp3

The Limewire music is located in your My Computer> C:>Documents & Settings Folder>Administrators Documents (your name)>Shared Folder. You can manually drag these files from this folder onto your device, located under My Computer>Device Name (there may or may not be a music folder, you should put it in there if there is). Once you drag & drop the files, you should safely disconnect your device, then you are done. Best of Luck.
