Fuzzy display the phone works fine, but the display is fuzzy. Just an annoyance, but I'd like it fixed. Thank you!

You probably need either a new lcd or lcd flex cable - if your under warranty send it in for repair, otherwise it will cost around $35-75 depending on problem

Scan views fine; prints fuzzy

Try to change the dpi to the maximum, maybe 600 dpi. This will make the picture more defined.

Keypad not working during phone call

If sounds like DTMF is turned off on your phone. If it is then it is not sending the correct tone over the air which is why nothing happens. Go into setting, then to initial setup and key down toward the bottom and you should see DTMF if it is off change it to short or long and that should correct you problem.
