How to connect speaker into my computer.

Speakers generally have a cord with a usb plug on the end for power and another cord with a male audio jack (it should be green) for receiving the sound from the computer. On your computer tower there should be terminals for both. These are located on the back, front, or both depending on computer model. Connect each wire to its respective terminal. If possible you should connect them from behind because it creates less of a mess around your desktop.

I have the KINYO 2.0 amplified speakers which worked up until my computer got a virus. I had the the computer restored and now the speakers don't have sound.

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it

I've lost the sound in my Sub-woofer. Model SA 680.

Open it up if it`s out of warranty and look for a blown fuse, if there is none then you probably have a bad amplifier, broken wires or deffective plugs.

Help i just plugged in my kinyo speakers after not using them for a while and a "jingle" is playing incessantly, even over the sound of netflix movies...i can't find it! i restarted, everything else is...

I'm not sure what you mean by "jingle"..
The speakers are probably picking-up interference from a neighbour, radio-station, or -if occassional- a portable or cellular phone.
You can try moving the wires, or putting a snap-on filter on the wiring.. may help some.
