Question about Kenmore 43142 Front Load Washer
The water is not leaving my washer machine which also makes the machine not go into the spin cycle. Do I need a new pump?
Unplug the washer from AC
Open the bottom access panel (3 screws on bottom lip)
open the large filter in center,
be ready for a lot of water, mops and rags ready. water vac is really handy .
Clean all the debris you find in the filter, reach in an spin the little propeller and make sure it spins freely.
pour in a cup of water inside the tub does it drain down freely.
reassemble and test.
