Upgrader My screen keeps showing upgrader when it comes on and when i connect it to my computer. Im unable to listen to my music because of this what should i do?
I have the same problem... all I got is a message saying "upgrader" and my sport isn't even turning on now. Help?!

For Sound put the motherboard driver disc (provided with ur system when u bought) on ur cd drive then open and go to the sound driver folder then open and double click on the driver to install and after installation complete restart the system.
You may have some memory issues. I would suggest upgrading your RAM. RAM decreases during playback of any type of media. If you are listening to music online, I would suggest upgrading your connection speed from your ISP.
Hi, Please make sure that your music is in the proper format. It is best if it is in MP3 format. You can tell what format the music is in by right clicking on the music file and then clicking 'properties'. You can convert the files to MP3 by using the Media Player that comes with all windows computers. Hope that helps.
i have had my Sansa e260 for about 6 months and while i was listening to a song it kept saying Bad track , Bad track , i got worried so i shut it off. Now its alsost like the power button is being held in it keeps showing the screen that comes on when you turn it on. When i plug it into my computer it doesnt even show up on the Monitor. i dont know what happened to it or how to fix it. Please HELP!!
There is a problem with the device firmware itself..you can try to reset the player by holding the power button down for 15-20 seconds or until it resets....the latest firmware for the e280 resolved much of the freezing issues....also there are two modes for you to use the e280 the msc and mtp.....try deleting in mtp mode....if that doenst solve it...just go to the sandisk site to get a firmware upgrade done...and that would solve the proplems..
