What are the 8 keys above the function keys, my keyboard doesn't state what the keys are and I have no idea

Those keys do not exist on normal keyboards so they are unique to your keyboard. You need to look at the make and model of your keyboard and use to search for information about it. Typically, manufacturers add extra keys to make it easier to change volume settings and open email or internet programs. The icons on the buttons should be a clue to their function.

I hope this helps.

My Logitech keyboard MX3200 has stopped working. I changed battery no help. Pushed the connect button - no help Could I have turned it off by accident. I cannot move arround with arrows either.

Try plugging in a USB (a keyboard that connects via USB port) keyboard. If that functions properly then your wireless Logitech keyboard is defective.

The keys on my Logitech wireless keyboard have stopped working. New batteries installed. Shortcut keys to email, Internet home page, and calculator are working.

Did you press the connect button located underneath your keyboard and still didn't work?
  • It might need some cleaning?
  • Also check if is a key that has been stucked. Sometimes, removing keys and putting them back on will solve the problem.
  • See if the USB bluetooth is connected properly.
  • Check under the Device Manager. You might also need the Logitech updated driver???

Think for the possibilities. Let us know if one of the solutions worked for you.

I need to program my email key to look at my current outlook 2003,and not pick up a new version

The steps for configuring keyboard drivers in Windows XP are different than in other operating systems. Use the following steps if you have already downloaded and installed the latest HP keyboard driver for Windows XP. Step 1: Configure Internet and shortcut buttons
  1. Click Start , and then Control Panel .
  2. Click Printers and Other Hardware and then Keyboard or click Keyboard if you are in Classic view. The Keyboard Properties window appears.
  3. Click the Buttons tab. You will see a list of Internet and shortcut buttons.
  4. Double-click the button you want to configure (such as, CONNECT or Internet).
  5. Configure the button to open a Web page or software. The figure and table below explain how to use each field in the Configuration window.
  6. After you have made your changes to the button's configuration, click OK .
  7. On the Keyboard Properties window, click Apply .
  8. Repeat the previous steps for each button you want to configure.
  9. After you have configured the buttons, click OK on the Keyboard Properties window.
