Enlarging & Shrinking Image

the best thing to do is to use a free image processor like Irfanview. You can download this here. This will allow you to resize the photo. To resize the photo using Irfanview, simply do the following:

Open Irfanview and select File the Open from the Toolbar.
Find your piciture file and double-click on it.
Go to the toolbar in Irfanview and select Image and Resize/Resample.
Either change the size of the image by using the presets on the right window pane (50%, 25%, etc.) or select exactly how many pixels wide or tall you want the image to be.
