Question about Apple iPod nano

When I turn on my Ipod nano (a11137 2gb) I get the message Even when I try to reset it I get the same message. When I go the Apple.Com/Support/ipod Ican't see an answer!

This indicates a hardware malfunction. You will need to take it to an apple store to have them analyze what is wrong.

Ipod 2gb is on but completely frozen!

you can try to toggle the hold switch to on (red) then off then press and hold the middle button and the manuel button at the same time untill the apple logo reappears

Problem with IPod Nano Model A1137

Try holding the menu button and center button at the same time. this should reset the ipod completely. Its a force power up and power down similar to Zapping your PRAM on a computer. this should reset the configurations
