Hello i have never been to this site before great site i got roxio easy cd and dvd program and when i use the program to put picture on a dvd and and audio i get it all done and go to burn it and it just says process and will not do anything eles so i deleted the program put it back in and it doing the same thing any clue ?

Ya bad program u should try to go to ther website download ther latse fixes patch for ther program ok if not use download nero 8 or 7 ok way coooler easy to make slide shows movies with music also windows phtoo story does it also free to download

Most probably the CD does not have the autoun function or the autorun is no functioning. If you need to install the software, open the Windows Explorer and click on the drive for the CD and on the Explorer right side plane double click the "setup" installer and the installation should run.
ONE: This program installs a rootkit I believe, although it's a really great program otherwise, especially nice for beginners. Do you have a virus checker that kills rootkits? If so you may have to enable permission for that program to run in your virus checker. If you don't know how to do that, try step 2.
TWO: Uninstall the program. Turn off or unplug your modem to protect your computer from viruses. Shut down your virus checker. Install Roxio again and then try running it with your virus checking program still shut off. Try burning a CD. Does it work fine?
THREE: Turn your anti-virus program back on again. If a message comes up asking if you want to give the program full access, limited access, or block it, tell it you want to give it limited access. (That will allow it only access to safe operations. If you block it, your program won't work).
FOUR: If it still won't burn, make sure you have a blank DVD or CD in the correct drive that the program wants to burn to, (or else change the drive it wants to burn to if you have more than one) and that it has no data, scratches or fingerprints on it.
After working with Roxio, if you find the software you're looking for, Roxio Tech Support will not be able to give you support. Try contacting Inside Sales or a Roxio Technician and see if they can give you a copy of the software again - it will just depend on where you purchased your original version.
I had a similar issue as well as others with Roxio software. The BSD (Blue Screen of Death) issue was solved by going to Help>Check for Updates through the Roxio program being used. Out of curiosity, what version of Roxio are you using and on what operating system?
