Question about Panasonic KX-TG6700 Cordless Phone
With a different phone that you know works, make sure you have dialtone at the jack the base is plugged into. check to see if the battery is connected properly is it charging? you may want to clean the contacts with a regular pencil eraser.

Tips for a great answer:
The fixing film unit is faulty. The main thermistor has an open circuit. The fixing heater has an open circuit. The main power supply PCB is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.
Caution To reset the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR
Secondly Irfan, keep in mind, if you changed out the fixing film inside the fuser unit, then more than likely you did not reassemble the fuser unit while making sure the sensors were "EXACTLY" the required depth from the fixing unit.
When those sensors are even SLIGHTLY off, it will code out because they cannot read the temperature correctly when they are too close or too far away.
And when I say they have a very STRICT tolerance, I mean you actually need to get a depth gauge and check to ensure they are perfect.
I'm a copier technician, and quite honestly I rarely do a rebuild on Canon fuser units because they are so strict on these sensors.
I can also recommend a GREAT company that does nothing but rebuilds for fuser units. And they specialize in Canon models!
I'm not sure if they deal with the general public, or just dealers, but you can certainly call them and find out. They are called "Fusion Image Technology - Their website is www.fusionimagetech.com - Hope that helps.
