I assume you've tried to uninstall the tool bar by going to your Control Panel>Programs and Features.
If you already tried using that method and still can't remove it, you can try the http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall
It replaces the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and works better in most cases of removing all instances of the software you're trying to remove.

1> get the oem key and then turn
2> remove Microsoft Office software and install it using software that has crack.

Try HijackThis, it will remove the microsoft genuine software in your pc.
