Problem for Shredders
Generic problem for all Shredders
Paper shredder
Brand new DX OP102971 strip-cut shredder and it has worked on 3 pieces of paper. It makes a clicking sound when in the "auto/on" possition and a slice of paper is placed in the feeder, but, that is it.
I have no manual and no way to trouble shoot. Can you please help me? Thank you, Teri Ericson

- Works in reverse mode, does not shred, will not go forward . Was working fine. Is a new machine, seems forward gear stuck but will go reverse ok.Narasimhan
