How to format nokia 3500c

Power off the phone.
Press and hold Green, * and 3.
Keep them held while Phone is powering on and for a few seconds after that.
It will Format your phone compleatly and bring it back to the Factory Setting.(But the data which is on memory card will not delete)

It will clear all the Codes or Passwords.

I am sure this is going to work.

Unfortunately, there is no master password for the memory card. I suggest, if your memory card is working properly to other phones, you should check your phone perhaps it is not reading the memory card. It is better to bring your phone to the Nokia Care Center to further check the error.

As u hav mentioned u hav a virus in ur mobile.. first of all u make a format.. and thn u again b careful while transferring the music from pc. u switch off the internet connection and thn u transfer it.... All the way u should format ur mobile first. for tht u need a mobilephone service centre.. TAke CAre.. Hope u vote cool..

Go to the nearest Authorized Nokia Service Center for they have the latest software for Flashing and updates for your mobile phone. Restoring to factory settings may not guarantee you that you will have your problem solved. They have special cables and appropriate software for this. Especially if it is still within the service warranty, you might get it for free.
