It might be a bit easier to have your friend delete it from their phone, just a suggestion. You can go to a verizon store lie like hell & tell them you bought it at another verizon store. If your lucky enough they'll be able to reset the H350 with their eguiepment.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Trying to add a h350 to my new phone

http://www.motorola.com/staticfiles/Support/Mobile%20Phones%20Accessories/H350/US-EN/_Documents/Static%20Files/H350_QSG.pdf

to put the h350 in discovery mode , hold the main button down until the light stays on solid , it does take several seconds , and there is a window time limit , get your phone ready and put h350 in pairing / discovery mode , see if your phone picks it up . if you need help with the phone ,

Motorola H350 doesn't connect...

The issue is with the PS3s compatibility with the H350. Sony should be fixing some of the issues with an update, but from what i've checked online, the H350 is a problematic headset. i just got one as well, and have connection issues with it online.
