Question about Canon CanoScan LiDE 25 Flatbed Scanner
I just got the Canon caniScan Lide 25 and installed the applications I received on the disk successfully (according to the installer prog!). I use Mac OS X. Then when I try to start scanning, a pop-up message says the application quit unexpectedly. (I checked their troubleshooting tips and the only tip I cannot test is trying opening the applications within a TWAIN compatible program (assuming the program opening it now isn't) how can I change how the application is opened?.)
I have CanoScan Lide 90 he's working fine, but for some reason the scaning not working well, I have all the time a black document (alomost black), you can see just a little bit.
Is some one can tell me what's wrong ? I appreciate

The program you can download on this page allowes your computer to communicate with your scanner.

Mine just always says Cant Communitcate with scanner. i have tried 2 new usb cable and two different macs and pc it is a crap scanner i hate it with a passion
